Cooking for One

So I am not usually a fan of prepared foods. I like casseroles, and big pots of soup and, and seeing the finished product and being proud. But today I just wanted quick and easy and warm. So I googled. This  sounded better than anything else, and if it was an epic fail, well, it's cheap.

Here's what I did.

Egg Drop Soup:

Boil 4 Cups of water with 4 bullion cubes.
Add a few shakes of soy sauce, some garlic and some onion flakes
I took a few Tbsp of flour and in a Tupperware with some water and shook the heck out of it.
Then I reduced the heat to medium and beat 2 eggs in a separate bowl.
I Drizzled the egg into the hot soup while stirring. I also added a can of corn and some frozen peas and bam!

Now I can enjoy watching the re-run of the final Gilmore Girls episode with a nice hot bowl of soup. I don't think that life gets much better (unless all the homework that's waiting for me went away).
