Today I came home from work, took a shower, and made a pot pie... oh my amazing!
Did I tell you about the pot roast I made the other day? Well, it was a big roast, and there were lots of leftovers, so I made a beef pot pie.
So you take the meat and the leftover veggies, and heat them up in a skillet. Add 2 cups of the leftover broth, and warm it up, sprinkle a little flour, till the broth thickens.
Pour it into an unbaked pie crust and top it with the other crust.
Cut vents in the top crust and bake it at 350* for 30-35 min, or until the crust is brown.
I am going to be such a good wife someday.
