So today was one of the sister missionary's birthdays. Being a missionary is hard on your birthday... it's just another day. Any traditions and you time that you thought you had, you don't. Anyway, so yesterday I found out what kind of dessert Sister Young liked to eat and I made a variation of it. We don't have a Springform pan, so I made cheesecake bars which were amazing! (PS: her favorite dessert is cheesecake) (PPS: Today they put two people on date for baptism! Which is amazing!) Ok, so here's the Super easy recipe!
Crust:
1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
Filling:
1- 8oz. Cream Cheese
16 oz powdered sugar
2 eggs
Mix crust ingredients. Pat into a 9x13 pan (or two round pans) Mix cream cheese filling stuff and pour over the crust stuff. Bake at 350* for 40 min, or till set. YUM!
We cut up strawberries and put sugar on it,
