So this weekend was more than a little bit awesome! I got out of Provo, and saw the cutest nieces in the world, saw one of my favorite North Carolina friends (Megan), and got to chill with some way amazing girls on the way up and back, and overall it was just pretty great. But I think the most fun part was the car dance parties. There were 5 of us in the car, so it was a little squishy, but so fun. Megan and Caitlyn introduced us to a couple of my new most favorite groups... One of them is "The Futureheads" They're a british band who I not so secretly loved from the first few notes of the song. The other group is called "Love You Long Time"
They had me from the beginning with "The Party Song" lyrics:
"Dont you know that you cant do that to me?
You have no right to poop on my party"
Epic right?
Then the very best part was a song called "Song of Death"
"I hope these words are hard to swallow
Wo, oh, oh, oh
I hope you choke and die"
My new favorite angry song... yes. very much yes. We had a sweet dance partay in the car, and it was just epic. Simply epic.
Also, it's raining right now... which I love, and I think proves that God loves me and wants me to be happy :)
